The ECDA does not provide services for homeless individuals. Please call or text Kankakee County’s Homeless Helpline at 1-833-815-HOPE(4673), contact Fortitude Community Outreach, Kan-I-Help, or Kankakee County Community Services, Inc.

The ECDA does not currently offer the First Time Homebuyer’s program or Housing Counseling. We recommend reaching out to South Suburban Housing Center for assistance.
