The ECDA will be participating again this year in HALLOWEEN DOWNTOWN hosted by the Rotary Club of Kankakee!

St. Mary’s Hospital is sponsoring Pony Rides for the festival! The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile is headed to Downtown Kankakee and will be parked at the corner of Schuyler and Merchant during the festival!

Halloween Downtown will take place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 10am to 3pm in Downtown Kankakee on the 200 block of South Schuyler Ave.

Put on those costumes and join us for a scary-good time, plus free candy on Friday, October 24th from 6pm to 8pm!
